REPORT# 2

Montreal CSETI Team and CE5 Working Group
Field Work Report #2“Luminous spheres over Montreal”
Montreal, Quebec, Canada
Saturday September 13th 2013

Overview of observations

This footage was recorded by an individual shortly after a Montreal CSETI Team member applied the thought component of the CE5 protocols. The film recorder was not prepared for documentation and shot the video with a cell phone. The observer had been an acquaintance of the team and had given them the footage.

(1) The first object is hovering near the horizon.
(2) The second object appears, seemingly from nowhere, then passes over the first quickly and stops.
(3) One object passes in front of the clouds, disappears, and reappears from behind the cloud. This indicates that the objects are in the troposphere.
(4) It then reduces altitude to the point of being non-visible behind a two story building.
(5) The positions changes of the moon throughout the footage allows the estimation of how much time these objects were visible.
(6) Further maneuvering is noted throughout the three reels of video.

Timeline

7.00PM – Two team members are en route to an astronomy event at a summit in the city

7.32PM – The video is recorded buy an unaware acquaintance of the team. This was approximately 10 kilometers south of the team members
8.30PM – The second team member arrives and observes two luminous spherical craft, similar to those in the video, pass over their location at the summit
