Equipment and
purposes
Radar detector – ET
intelligence may trigger these detectors in response to a CE5 group. In some cases, using a pair of radar detectors, only
one will sound indicating that it was triggered specifically. The sound
patterns that ETs trigger in the radar detectors are not sound patterns
programmed in the firmware of the radar detectors. The sound patterns triggered
by the ETs are sometimes impossible to reproduce with standard use of the
device.
Trifield meter – A detector that measures magnetic fields.
It has been triggered moments before contact events, signal in patterns that
appear to be intelligent, and measure anomalous readings around specific areas
including the bodies of our team.
Infrared recorder – At this time, our infrared device is a
Yukon Night Ranger 5x42mm digital infrared night vision device. It is a
binocular by manual use and turns to a monocular when the built-in video-out is
engaged for recording. It has been used to film aerial phenomena of different
kinds under extreme low-light conditions. It is fixed in a 5x
optical magnification, non-adjustable.
Laser – A handheld laser is sometimes used during CE5s to
mark or encircle areas where aerial phenomena have taken place. In some more rare
cases it has been used to signal back and forth to between CE5 groups and ET intelligence. The laser is always used safely and
responsibly. It is never used to illuminate aircraft and is in compliance
with the legal parameters and federal regulations.
Radio transmitter – Used to broadcast specific tones in
conjunction with the CE5 protocols. Operated
in power and frequency within the legal parameters and federal regulations.
Other equipment – Photo/video cameras, Digital audio recorders, compass, LED lights (visible and infrared), boom box/cd player. Uses are self-descript.
