Controller data and report statements

Satellites – Charts and tracking software/websites are always used to estimate and discern satellites, iridium flares, the ISS and other manmade/artificial aerial objects in the area of the working site. They include:

Heavens Above www.heavens-above.com (C. Peat, source NASA, ESA)

iSat: Interactive Satellite Viewer http://science.nasa.gov/iSat (NASA)

OAN http://www.oan.es/servidorEfem/eindex.php (Nat’l Astronomical Observatory, Spain)

Digital Astrolabe https://in-the-sky.org/satmap.php (D. Ford, source JPL/NASA, Lowell Observatory, Minor Planet Center)

Calsky http://www.calsky.com/ (A. Barmettler, University of Zurich. Source JPL/NASA USSTRATCOM)

Light sources – All recordings of anomalous light sources or light phenomena are carefully analyzed to ascertain that they are not satellites, airplanes, flashlights or reflections, etc.

Accuracy – All reports and evidence (video, photo, audio, testimony…) are presented or written with the most possible accuracy based on real-time documentation of the field work and post-analysis.

Honesty – All reports are 100% honest and written truthfully. No embellishments, elaborations, or alterations of any kind to give allusions to false or inaccurate events have been added. All information is purely matter of fact and first-hand accounts and experiences by one or multiple parties at a time. All reports are presented with evidence to support them, usually audio/visual. Some information is omitted or withheld depending on relevance, privacy or confidentiality agreements. This includes the locations of private property and individuals.

Procedural oversight – All tools and equipment are used regularly during the field work to ensure the most reasonable control over documentation and recording during the CE5s, however unusual the events may appear.
